Sun Dried San Marzano Tomatoes

Last summer we dried in our solar drying house many lbs of San Marzano plum tomatoes. These are the best for making paste but after rehydating can be used to add to pasta, pizza and makes a tomato sauce special. 3.0 oz of these organic dried tomatoes come in our standard compostable bags.
