We have been making this seasonal dressing for a couple years now in our market for our salads and several customers have asked for it. This year we decided to freeze some of our elderflower syrup to make our own 12 oz bottle containing an elderflower sugar cane syrup, balsamic vinegar and olive oil during the winter. Simple and sweet with a nice amount of acidity. Great with our mixed winter greens. Refrigerate after opening for long term storage
